I was able to leave Juliet with the keys to manage the whole Mill project on her own.
She was very reasonably priced and completed the job ahead of schedule!

I was delighted to be asked to manage the project at Walford Mill, a grade 2 listed building used as commercial lettings in Wimborne.
The owner of The Mill used the lovely Niki @niki.barfootdesign to rebrand and she created a new logo, signage and a continuous colour pallette to flow through the building.
I approached the project in two stages. Firstly, to repaint three of the five units, the reception, all communal areas, kitchen, bathroom, the staircase and all internal doors. The challenge was to plan my schedule around all the tenants businesses, their privacy, their clients and their calendars! Luckily, they are all extremely helpful and we managed to accommodate each other pretty smoothly.
The second stage was to restore all twenty-three Crittall windows, which had long ago seen better days. It seemed an endless task, but I enjoyed every hour. Seeing this prominent building looking proud again is extremely rewarding.
